Generative AI Policy

Generative AI Policy Statement
This journal aligns with internationally recognized publishing standards and has adopted clear policies on the use of generative AI and AI‑assisted technologies (“AI Tools”). These policies are intended to guide responsible integration of such tools into the research and publishing process.
We acknowledge the potential of AI Tools to enhance efficiency, accelerate insight generation, and support manuscript preparation. Authors may use these tools for tasks such as synthesizing literature, generating ideas, organizing content, and improving readability.
However, AI must never replace human expertise, judgment, or critical evaluation. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their work. This responsibility includes verifying AI outputs, ensuring manuscripts reflect authentic scholarly contributions, and safeguarding privacy, intellectual property, and third‑party rights.
Key Principles:

  • Disclosure: Any substantive use of AI Tools must be declared in a dedicated statement at submission, specifying the tool, its purpose, and the level of oversight. Routine grammar or spelling checks do not require disclosure.
  • Responsible Use: Authors must ensure that AI Tools maintain confidentiality, avoid bias, and do not impose restrictions that could hinder publication. Personally identifiable or copyrighted material must not be uploaded or generated.
  • Authorship: AI Tools cannot be listed or cited as authors. Authorship requires human accountability, approval of the final manuscript, and compliance with the journal’s publishing policies.

This framework is designed to promote transparency, uphold trust, and encourage the responsible use of AI in scholarly publishing.
